Door Styles
-
AR766
The AR766 is a square routed thermafoil door. It emulates the look of a traditional raised panel door such as the Eagle, but with the advantages inherent with thermafoil: namely greater durability and less cost.
-
Aries
The Aries is the perfect door for the urban kitchen. The Aries door paired with a long stainless handle is a modern kitchen cabinet design classic.
-
Bel Air
The Bel Air is an exquisite door. It features a solid raised panel and hand applied molding for a door that is appropriate in almost any custom cabinetry setting.
-
Bellingham
An upscale door similar to the Bel Air. This door is perfect for a high end custom project with its wide rails and stiles and its applied molding detail and solid panel. The outside beaded detail of this door can be used in a flush fit cabinetry setting.
-
Bristol
The Bristol door is an all purpose mitered door that we're very happy with. We've found that it works equally well in commercial cabinetry as well as residential. It is best when paired with a matching five piece drawer front.
-
Camden
The Camden door is a classic. The beadboard door in a cope and stick frame is a look that will never go away. This door is great either stained, painted, or in thermafoil.
-
Corsica
The Corsica door is our most popular. It is a cost conscious door, but can really be used in a variety of custom cabinetry applications.
-
El Camino
The El Camino is our starter mitered recessed panel door. Remember the El Camino utility vehicles (or "car trucks")? We do too. There is no correlation between the door and the vehicle, but we liked the name.
-
Hawk
Like the Eagle, the Hawk door is a classic raised solid panel door, but with the addition of an arch. It either stands on its own in a custom or commercial cabinetry installation, or it can be paired with the Eagle door in the base cabinets with the Hawk in the upper cabinets.
-
JR7
The JR7 is similar to the AR766, but with a true rather than simulated raised panel.
-
Juliano
Like the Revere, the Juliano door is a classic raised solid panel door, but with the addition of an arch. It either stands on its own in a custom or commercial cabinetry installation, or it can be paired with the Revere door in the base cabinets with the Juliano in the upper cabinets.
-
Mesa
The Mesa door is the Corsica door with a 1/2" panel to emulate a raised panel door. It is an economic alternative to the solid panel doors.
-
Mission
The sister door to the Shaker, but with a center stile. A classic door best suited for frameless cabinetry. This door can be used in Arts and Crafts inspired design or, with the right finish and hardware, it could be used for a modern, urban style of cabinetry.
-
Monarch
The Monarch door emulates the look and feel of the classic applied molding door, but because it is a single piece rather than a multiple piece product such as the Bel Air, it is an economic alternative.
-
Newport
The Newport is similar to the Bristol door, but it has a 1/2" panel to emulate a raised panel door. We've found that it works equally well in commercial cabinetry as well as residential. It is best when paired with a matching five piece drawer front.
-
Ponderosa
The Ponderosa is a rustic solid panel door. It is a thick and heavy door and it is perfect for distressed custom cabinetry as well as the classic Southwestern inspired cabinetry.
-
-
Ridgeview
The Ridgeview is a solid raised panel door with an applied rope molding. It is very elegant and can be used in kitchens and bathrooms, but it shines in feature pieces such as hutches and buffets.
-
Shaker
The Shaker door is a cope and stick recessed panel door. It will never go out of style and it needs no description. Use it in Arts and Crafts inspired kitchens, Mid-century modern rehabs, new construction, urban lofts, the list of appropriate cabinetry applications for the Shaker door, custom and production alike, is endless.
-
Stratford
The Stratford is like the El Camino door, but with a more decorative outside detail. It has two rounded beads at the outside and a bevel on the inside down to the 1/4" recessed panel.
-
Villa
Similar to the Corsica, the Villa is an upgraded door with a very distinct routed detail. It's been one of our strong selling doors for years, and it is unique to Rubottom.
-
Vista
The Vista door has a rounded profile. It is a mitered door with a beaded detail at the recessed panel.
